| Director of Operations, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist Keith Young, LCPC is our Director of Operations and provides individual counseling for adults and adolescents. Working primarily from a cognitive behavioral orientation, he has years of experience in treating people with depression and anxiety, and has additional specialized training for treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He is Level II trained in EMDR. Keith has a background of working in group home management for teens, case management and community work with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness, emergency assessment in hospital emergency rooms, and providing counseling to individuals, couples, and groups. He has served as adjunct faculty for New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. Keith moved to Maine in 2002 and now works out of our Bangor office. |
