If you are interested in scheduling an intake for services at Full Circle Wellness
Center, Inc., you may do so either by a referral from your PCP or other health
care provider, or by self-referral. We accept Mainecare, Medicare, and most
private insurances. Please contact your insurance company or companies for
information regarding coverage of our services and the copayment that you will
be responsible for.
If we can assist you in this process, please feel free to contact us at
(207) 942-5055. If you get the answering machine, please leave your name and
a telephone number where you can be reached, and we will contact you.
When you meet with your service provider, you will be provided with
information about our policies and your rights. You will be given a clinical
interview about the situation that brought you to us, and your relevant history.
Subject to your written permission, we may also ask to contact your previous or
co-existing treatment providers to enhance communication and to make
informed decisions regarding your treatment.
We look forward to working with you in your journey toward improved mental
health, wellness, and recovery.
